Details
One of the most well-built, fast, production coastal cruising yachts of it's day thanks to the design of Doug Peterson ( America's Cup designer for both the USA & Team NZ ) who has given her a 42% ballast to weight ratio, along with Jeanneau's hand laid fibreglass and Kevlar hull construction. Mon Ami has a spacious well laid out cockpit, good gear and instruments including autohelm and radar, along with plenty of deck space whilst down below she offers up three double cabins, a large saloon with seating space for eight adults, solid timber joinery along with good light and ventilation. Her headroom ranges from a minimum of 184cm to 191cm throughout. She is powered by an owner maintained and very accessible, 50hp Yanmar shaft drive diesel, whilst above decks she is powered by a full battened main (with lazy jacks) and a furling genoa all in very good condition. Mon Ami also comes with near new (2022) standing rigging, solar panels and a wind generator to keep the 3 x 120ah AGM batteries topped up. Over all she presents neat clean and in very good condition for her age. Located at the Moreton Bay Boat Club in Scarborough Qld, she is ready to inspect by simply contacting Australiawide Boat Sales Qld in advance to arrange a suitable day and time.
