Designed and built at the Halvorsen boat yard in Ryde NSW by their once foreman Wal Shirt, this timber classic has over the years undergone numerable upgrades including a new Ceder stern, LED lighting, some fine interior joinery and custom-made folding timber swim platform. She is regularly slipped, inspected and antifouled and any issues no matter how minor are addressed and repaired. Inspections throughout will be delighted to find clean dry bilges, upgraded electrics, through-hull fittings and plumbing.
Powered by a superbly presented and well maintained 65hp Isuzu, Enterprise comfortably cruises at 5.5 to 6 knots using a meagre 3.5 litres per hour giving her a range of around 180 nautical miles. Her interior offers lots of space for the family and can at a pinch, sleep up to eight people. She has a simple galley with plenty of room to work, loads of dry of storage space, excellent natural light and ventilation, excellent refrigeration, an abundance of natural light and ventilation 1.85cm headroom and recently antifouled.
