St Helena Cup 2011
Fantastic sailiong this weekend, us boys on CHERANA won on IRC on Saturday and beat PAGAN which was more important! Over 100 boats were out to compete in the St Helena Cup, Sunday’s start line was a little bit busy at the boat end of the line, many boats went over early so there was a general recall for start. Great conditions, lots of laughs, what a great event.

Over 100 yachts are about to contest for the famed St Helena Cup, which has evolved into the largest and one of the most fun sailing weekends in S E QLD. The Australiawide boys are prepared and ready to defend their crown, last year we won Best Individual Yacht and the Teams event which includes the St Helena Cup. CHERANA our Tasman Seabird is ready for action and our Team mates PAGAN (Peter Kerr) and FAIRWIND (Les Brown) make up the B.O.T.Y TEAM. Buggered Old Timber Yacht club.
